Refund policy
Here's the whole rule, with no surprise at the end. If your case doesn't fit exactly, message us on Telegram — we'd rather look at it than leave you guessing.
1. The rule, in three lines
The rest of this page is the detail behind those three lines.
- Delivered, not revealed, and less than 24 hours since delivery → refunded, no reason needed.
- Revealed → not refunded, unless the key is faulty or isn't what the listing said.
- Never delivered → always refunded.
2. The 24-hour window
When we deliver a line of your order, the key stays sealed and the clock starts. For the hours that follow you can ask us to refund that line without telling us why.
The window runs from delivery, not from payment. If an item takes six hours to prepare, your window starts when it shows up in your account, not before.
Your order detail shows the exact date and time your window runs to. It isn't a countdown: it's a fixed time, so it doesn't depend on when you loaded the page.
Refunds are per line. Returning one item doesn't touch the rest of the order.
3. What revealing does
Revealing means seeing the key. You tick a box and confirm; it doesn't happen by accident or by opening a page.
The moment you reveal it, that line leaves the 24-hour window. It isn't a penalty: from that point the code has left our hands and there's no way to verify it wasn't used.
What stays in force after revealing is the guarantee in section 4: a revealed key that doesn't work gets handled the same way. What it doesn't cover is picking the wrong thing — that's what the window is for, and it runs before you reveal.
4. The guarantee: broken key or wrong delivery
It covers two things. One: the key is broken — it won't redeem, comes already used, or was revoked. Two: we delivered something other than what the listing said. In both cases we replace it, and if we can't replace it, we refund it.
This applies whether you revealed it or not. Revealing doesn't take away the guarantee that what we delivered is what the listing promised.
What it does NOT cover is choosing a region or a duration that didn't suit you. The listing states both before you buy, and for second thoughts there's the window in section 2: as long as you haven't revealed it, you get it back with no reason needed.
What we need from you: the order number and what the platform shows when you try to redeem — the error message or a screenshot. With that it's solved the same day; without it, it turns into back-and-forth.
Before you write, check two things that explain most cases: that the key's region matches your account's, and that you're redeeming on the platform stated on the product page.
5. If delivery never arrives
If you paid and we didn't deliver within the time frame you saw when buying, message us. If we can't deliver, we refund that line in full.
You don't need to watch the order: the page updates on its own. But if you'd rather we look into it, message us and we will.
If the item needed a link from you and the one you gave isn't reachable, delivery pauses waiting for you. That time doesn't count against you, but we also can't finish until you give us one that works.
6. What is NOT refunded
- A revealed key that works and is the one you bought.
- A key that won't redeem because the account you tried it on is in another region, when the region was stated on the product page.
- A key you already redeemed, even if you later lost access to that account.
- A product bought by mistake that you already revealed — the 24-hour window exists for exactly that.
- An order cancelled for abuse — resale, fraud, abusive chargeback — under the Terms of service.
- Changes on the platform where you redeemed: price rises, term changes, or service shutdowns after your purchase.
7. How to ask
On Telegram (https://t.me/+dy9GTTVL81U5NTcx). It's our support channel and it's where this gets resolved fastest. If you'd rather use email, support@synthkeys.shop.
Send us the order number, which line it is, and — if it's a fault — what the platform tells you.
We answer usually the same day. A claim under section 2 (not revealed, inside the window) is approved as soon as we read it.
Once approved, the refund is executed by Whop, who processed the charge. How long it takes to show on your statement is decided by your bank or payment method: it isn't in our hands, and we won't give you a made-up number.
Refunds always go back to the same payment method you bought with, in US dollars, which is the currency of the charge. If you saw the price in another currency, what your bank credits may not match exactly what it debited — the rate moved between the two operations, and that's set by your bank.
8. Chargebacks
If something went wrong, message us. A chargeback opened without talking to us freezes the case, takes weeks, and ends worse for both of us.
A chargeback on a revealed key will be disputed with the reveal log: date, time, and the version of the notice that was accepted.
