Terms of service
This is the agreement between you and SYNTHKEYS when you use the store. It's written to be understood on a single read. If anything isn't clear, message us on Telegram before you buy.
1. What SYNTHKEYS is
SYNTHKEYS is a digital storefront. We sell keys, licences and codes that are delivered inside your account. Nothing ships, and no email arrives with your key in it.
We're not the manufacturer or publisher of what we sell, and we're not affiliated with them. Every key is also subject to the terms of the platform where it's redeemed.
Every item states its delivery time before you buy it: on the product page, in the cart, and in the checkout summary. That time frame is the promise. There isn't a hidden one.
2. Your account
To buy you need an account with an email you can actually read. Delivery is tied to that account: it's where your keys appear and where you can go back to see them.
The details you give us have to be yours and be true. We can suspend an account with made-up details, and if there's an order in flight we work that out case by case before closing anything.
You're responsible for what happens with your account. If you think someone else got in, tell us on Telegram right away.
You need to be old enough to enter into a contract on your own where you live. If you're not, the purchase has to be made by whoever is legally responsible for you. Some products also carry their own age rating, and that one is set by the platform, not by us.
3. Prices, currency and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you pick, but the charge is always in US dollars (USD). What you see converted is a reference so you know how much it is; what reaches your statement is the dollar amount.
Your bank may apply its own rate and its own fees for operating in another currency. We don't control that and we don't receive it.
Payment is processed by Whop. We never see or store your card details.
The price that counts is the one the store calculates when you confirm the order. If a price is obviously wrong, we can cancel the order before delivery and refund you. We won't use that to walk back a real offer.
Taxes that apply where you are may be added at the time of the charge.
4. What you're buying
You're buying a digital code — not an object, and not a subscription from us. What that code unlocks is defined by the platform where it's redeemed.
A key is data: once it's seen, it's been seen. It can't be returned the way a sealed box can. That's why the rule in section 5 exists.
Check the platform and the region before you buy. They're written on every product page. A key from another region may not redeem where you are.
5. Revealing the key
When we deliver a line of your order, the key is stored and kept sealed. You decide when to see it.
Before you reveal it, and if delivery happened less than 24 hours ago, you can refund that line with no reason needed.
When you reveal it we show it to you, and that line stops being refundable — unless the code is broken or isn't what the listing said, which is a guarantee you never lose.
Revealing is an explicit action: you tick a box and confirm. It doesn't happen by opening a page.
We log every reveal: who, when, from which IP address, with which browser, and which version of this notice was accepted. That log is what lets us settle a dispute with facts instead of memory.
You can go back and view an already-revealed key as many times as you want from your order detail.
The detail of what is and isn't refunded is in the Refund policy, which is part of these terms.
6. What you can't do
If we find any of this we can cancel orders, suspend the account and, if necessary, report it. When we cancel for abuse, we don't refund what was already revealed.
- Resell, redistribute or commercialise what you buy here, on your own or through third-party platforms.
- Pay with methods that aren't yours, with someone else's details, or use the store to launder money or test cards.
- Open a chargeback instead of messaging us. A chargeback on a key that was revealed and works will be disputed with the reveal log.
- Automate purchases, scrape the catalogue, stock or prices, or try to get around per-order limits.
- Try to access keys that aren't yours, or parts of the system that aren't public.
7. Service availability
We do what we can to keep the store up all the time, but we don't promise it will never go down. There can be maintenance, a provider outage, or failures outside our control.
We can change the catalogue, prices and stock whenever we want. Orders already confirmed keep the price they had.
If we can't deliver something we already charged for, we refund that line. We don't leave you waiting for something we know isn't coming.
8. Limitation of liability
We're answerable for what we sell: that the key is the one you bought and that it redeems on the platform and region stated on the product page. If that fails, we fix it or we refund it.
We're not answerable for what the redeeming platform does: price changes, term changes, service shutdowns, or account blocks and suspensions outside our control.
We're not answerable for indirect damages: time lost, profits that didn't happen, or knock-on effects of not being able to use a product.
In any case, the ceiling on what we can owe you is what you paid for the order in question.
None of this takes away rights you have by law that can't be waived by contract.
9. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. Every version has a number and a date, and stays published here.
When you confirm an order we store which version you accepted and when. That version governs that order, even if we change the text later.
If the change is substantive you'll see it at checkout: the acceptance box is asked again, and the text you're accepting is one click away.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the place where SYNTHKEYS operates, regardless of where you buy from.
Before any formal claim, message us on Telegram. The vast majority of problems are solved there the same day, and that saves you more time than it saves us.
If part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stands.
11. How to reach us
On Telegram (https://t.me/+dy9GTTVL81U5NTcx), our support channel, or by email to support@synthkeys.shop. Have your order number handy: it's the first thing we'll ask for, and it's what turns an exchange into an answer.
